The South Calgary PCN is committed to ensuring that all residents living in our catchment area have access to a family doctor and a team of health care providers, who will ensure they receive timely care and coordination of comprehensive health care services. We develop programs and services that meet the local health needs of patients in south Calgary, centered around a patient-centred Medical Home.
