The ANCA is a formalized commitment, which consists of four First Nation governments and five municipal governments consisting of Big Lakes County, Town of Slave Lake,  Sawridge First Nation, Municipal District of Lesser Slave River No. 124,  Municipal District of Opportunity, Bigstone Cree Nation, Town of High Prairie, Driftpile Cree Nation and Sucker Creek First Nation who work together to identify and advance key regional interests with a strong, unified voice.
