About the organization
Lanark County plans, funds, and delivers services for the local licensed child care system, focusing on providing high quality child care and early learning that fosters success for every child.
Children’s Services support families, children and licensed child care programs by providing:
Financial assistance to eligible families to afford licensed child care in Lanark County through fee subsidy. Fee Subsidy is available to families who qualify to help offset the costs of childcare for children up to 12 years of age.
Wage enhancement to licensed child care operators.,
Special Needs Resource Funding and services to support the inclusion of all children in licensed child care.
Funding for EarlyON Child and Family Centres.
