​The Columbia Basin Alliance for Literacy (CBAL) is a not-for-profit organization formed in 2001 to promote literacy and lifelong learning throughout the Columbia Basin and Boundary regions. We partner with community organizations to develop, promote and deliver services to help citizens of all ages improve their literacy skills and engage in life-long learning.
