We are pleased to inform you that new data related to the Opportunities of working remotely in rural labour markets: Small area estimation from the Canadian Survey on Business Conditions, are available on the Statistics Canada - Rural Data Viewer.
This release updates experimental statistics published in February, 2023, that first applied Small Area Estimation techniques and the geographic concept of Self-contained Labour Areas to the Canadian Survey on Business Conditions. Estimates for opportunities for remote work in rural labour markets now include the fourth quarter of 2022 and first quarter of 2023.
