The Toronto South LIP Local immigration Partnership is one for four Toronto quadrant LIPs. It services urban Toronto east to Victoria Park Avenue, west to Keele Street, north to St. Clair Avenue and to the south along lake Ontario. TSLIP's consortium partners are the Canadian Centre for Victims of Torture, Woodgreen Community Services and The Neighbourhood Group which leads the partnership.
