About the organization
The Lowertown Community Resource Centre strives to improve the quality of life of individuals, as well as the collectivity as a whole, by promoting community engagement.
Since 1970, the LCRC has been offering a range of social and community services to individuals and families residing in Lowertown. The LCRC is a non-profit organization with a Board of Directors whose members are elected by Lowertown residents.
