The Sault Ste. Marie Innovation Centre is the Lead Agency for the Sault Ste. Consortium. There are twenty two organizations within the data consortium and all members share the cost. The amount each member contributes is based on the size of the organization (budget). We have three organization size classes, of which the municipality (Sault Ste. Marie), Algoma Public Health and Economic Development Corporation (EDC) are termed 'large', several others are 'medium' and most of the not-for-profits are termed 'small'. We provide additional training to the other members and provide user support. Many of the twenty organizations work together on various reports and mapping projects that utilize the data.
