It's a draft document, but should nonetheless help you find the 2006 Census tables you're looking for -- from Community Profiles and Target Group Profiles, to Topic-Based Tabulations, Urban Proverty Project, and Commuter Flow.

The spreadsheet of course is an interim tool, while we work on making communitydata.ca/catalogue more intuitive and user-centric.  The improved cataogue will be unveiled in February or March of 2014.
