Once a year, the Leads from every Consortium in the Community Data Program gather together in person for an Annual Meeting. The meeting is part data conference, part program business, and a chance to hear from your colleagues what others are doing across the network.

  • Date: Wednesday May 15 to Friday May 17, 2019
  • Host: Jasmine Ing, Lead of the Calgary Consortium
  • Location: BMO Community Room, Central Library, Calgary AB
  • Hotel block: Alt Hotel Calgary East Village (635 Confluence Way SE, Calgary AB)

Note on travel: The schedule is designed so that people can travel to Calgary by either Tuesday or Wednesday and you can easily join the meeting on Wednesday May 15 at 9am or 1:30pm or on Thursday at 9am. The meeting is finished by 12pm on Friday May 17 so that you can travel home Friday afternoon. The hotel, library, and restaurants are within walking distance so you will not need a car while you attend the meeting.
